Author(s) Guidelines

ProScholar Insights (PSI) welcomes submissions of original research papers, reviews, and scholarly articles in the field of education. The aim of the journal is to contribute to the advancement of knowledge in education by publishing high-quality and innovative research. Authors are encouraged to adhere to the following guidelines when preparing and submitting their manuscripts.

Submission Process:

  1. Manuscript Preparation:
    1. All submissions should be written in English and prepared in accordance with the American Psychological Association (APA 7th Style).
    2. Manuscripts should be formatted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) and should not exceed 8000 Words.
    3. Use Times New Roman font, size 12, and double-spacing throughout the manuscript.
    4. Include a title page with the title, author(s) name, affiliation, and contact information (email address of all the Authors are mandatory).
  2. Abstract:
    1. Provide an abstract of no more than 200 words summarizing the key objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions of the study.
  3. Keywords:
    1. Include 3-7 keywords that best represent the content of the manuscript.
  4. Main Text:
    1. Clearly state the research problem, objectives, and significance of the study.
    2. Organize the manuscript into sections: Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References.
    3. Tables and figures should be clear, labeled, and properly cited in the text.
    4. Tables and figures should be in APA Style in editable form and not in image or screenshot form.
  5. Citations and References:
    1. Follow 7th APA citation style for in-text citations and the reference list.
    2. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all references, including books, articles, and other sources.
    3. The in-text Citations and References (given in the last) should be aligned with each other.
  6. Similarity Index:
    1. ProScholar Insights (PSI) accept papers with maximum of 19% similarity index. Papers with high percentages will be returned for rectification.
  7. Ethical Considerations:
    1. Authors must adhere to ethical standards in research, including obtaining necessary approvals for human and animal research.
    2. Clearly state any conflicts of interest or funding sources.
  8. Review Process:
    1. All submitted manuscripts will undergo a double-blind peer-review process.
    2. Authors can expect timely and constructive feedback from the reviewers.
    3. Authors should comply with the final decision of the reviewers.
  9. Copyright and Permissions:
    1. Authors are responsible for obtaining permissions for any copyrighted material used in their manuscripts.
    2. Upon acceptance, authors will be required to transfer copyright to the Journal.
  10. Submission:
    1. Manuscripts should be submitted online through the journal submission portal, i.e. OJS.
    2. Authors should follow the online submission guidelines provided on the journal's website.
